Just because you were "cleared" to resume previous activity at 6 or 8 weeks from your gynecologist, doesn't mean your body is ready to jump right back into your usual exercise routine.

We understand it's hard to get to appointments with small children. Let us come to you at a time that fits your schedule. Night and weekend appointments are available.
